Corporation
- A corporation is a business organization which is owned by many individual stockholders who buy shares of the company.
- Corporations are located everywhere in society and play major roles in the products and services we use daily. Much of a company's growth, development, and ability to spread internationally may be attributed to its becoming incorporated. The exact organization of corporal companies may differ but the basic structure stays the same. The stockholders of a corporation elect a board of directors who make all the major decisions. They appoint corporate officers who hire managers and employees who work in the various departments.
